RazzMediaAccess & Security

For new clients

You’ll never give us a password.

Every campaign we run for you happens inside accounts you own. This page shows exactly what we’ll ask for, how you grant it, and how you take it back.

How access works

Every platform we work in has a built-in way to grant an outside partner access. You add us, you choose the level, and you can remove us any time - one click, no phone call, nothing to cancel.

Your accounts stay yours. We’re a guest with a key you can take back.

The only email you’ll ever addmatt@razzmedia.comIf anyone asks you to grant access to a different address, stop and call Matt directly at (440) 823-3984. It isn’t us.

What you’ll grant, channel by channel

  • Google AnalyticsAdd matt@razzmedia.com as Editor or AdministratorWhere: Admin, then Property access management
  • Google Tag ManagerAdd matt@razzmedia.com with Publish permissionWhere: Admin, then User management
  • Search ConsoleAdd matt@razzmedia.com as a Full userWhere: Settings, then Users and permissions
  • Facebook & InstagramPartner access for Business ID 1545441383598587Where: Business settings, then Partners
  • Google AdsAccept the link request from manager account 373-816-8249Where: Admin, then Access and security
  • Everything elseA role or a user seat in your tool - email platform, website host, domainWhere: We send exact steps for your setup

Takes about 20 minutes total. We do it together on a screen share during kickoff, and we only ask for the channels your engagement actually touches.

When a tool has no roles

Some smaller tools have one login and nothing else. When that happens, credentials live in 1Password - encrypted, in a vault that exists only for your company, shared through a secure link. Never over email, never by text. You don’t need a 1Password account to use the link.

When we part ways

Offboarding is the same clicks in reverse. On our last day we send a checklist of every grant to revoke, and it takes minutes. Nothing to migrate, nothing held hostage - the accounts were always yours.

Three things we will never ask for

  • Your password to anything
  • A verification or two-factor code
  • Card numbers over email or text

If a message that looks like it’s from us asks for any of these, it isn’t from us. Call Matt.
